When will you be open?
We re-opened our store on Monday 15th June.
Can my child come in and try uniform on?
No, following government guidelines our changing rooms are closed. Therefore we are presently operating a 'Click & Collect' service only.
How do I measure my child?
Please see the Sizing Guide on our website. If you require any additional help please call our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.
If I place an order on line when can I collect it?
When you order is complete we will email you to let you know it's ready. When collecting your items please ensure you have your order confirmation ready on you phone to show our staff. All orders will be in numerical order so it's important you have your order number ready.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Please call our Customer Services for a 'Returns Authorisation Number'. When posting your returns back to us please ensure the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. If returning items to the store please ensure you items are in a sealed bag with the returns number clearly marked on the outside.
How long does to take to process a return?
Once your return is received in store we aim to process the return within 4 days. In line with government guidelines items will have to be stored for 48 hours before we can process them.
If I come into the store can I exchange goods?
Unfortunately no. If you wish to return items you must obtain a 'Returns Authorisation Number' and either drop them off at the store or post them back to us following the returns process above. For purchasing new items please do this through the website.
I need my child's PE Kit embroidered with their name but I am unsure of their size.
When ordering your child's PE kit place the order without having their name embroidered on. Once you are happy the size you ordered fits use our 'Embroidery Service for PE Kits' which can be found on our website or use the link below:
Purchase the embroidery service and complete the fields requesting the name of the school and your child's name. You can either bring the items into store or post them to us. Please ensure you provide us with your embroidery order number so we can match it with your items. Failure to do so can result in unnecessary delays.
