FAQ's

 Are we able to purchase uniform in store?

Yes, although we ask that parents only bring the child purchasing the uniform into store, if possible.

Will there be an appointment system?

No, we do however ask parents to purchase their child's uniform early as we will be limiting the number of customers in store at any one time.

Do I have to wear a face covering?

For the safety of our customers and staff we are asking all customers to wear a face covering. 

Can my child come in and try uniform on?

Yes, although we are limiting the number of garments that can be tried on.

If I buy online how do I measure my child?

Please see the Sizing Guide on our website. If you require any additional help please call our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.

THE 'COLLECT FROM SHOP' OPTION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF UNCOLLECTED ORDERS. AS SOON AS MORE ORDERS ARE COLLECTED AND  SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE WE WILL RESUME THIS OPTION.

If I place an order on line when can I collect it?

This option has been suspended.

How long do I have to collect my order from the store?

Normally orders must be collected within 10 working days of you receiving your email. Orders not collected will be returned to stock and you will be refunded. (excluding personalised items)

Do I need an appointment to collect my goods?

No, just come into the store.

What happens if I order the wrong size online ?

You can return you item in store for a refund or exchange but please see our returns policy for guidance. If returning by post please call our Customer Services for a 'Returns Authorisation Number'. When posting your returns back to us please ensure the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. 

How long does to take to process a return?

Once your return is received in store we aim to process the return within 4 days.
